Welcome to VTour Homes. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

VTour Homes provides professional real estate media services including, but not limited to:

  • Real Estate Photography

  • Real Estate Videography

  • Drone Photography and Videography

  • Matterport 3D Tours

  • Floor Plans

  • Virtual Staging

  • Property Websites

  • Marketing Media Services

Services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, weather, property access, and project requirements.

2. Scheduling and Property Access

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate property access information.

  • Ensuring the property is ready before the scheduled appointment.

  • Obtaining necessary permissions, HOA approvals, property owner approvals, and access authorizations.

  • Securing pets and ensuring safe working conditions.

If a property is not ready upon arrival, additional fees or rescheduling charges may apply.

3. Weather and Drone Operations

Drone photography and videography are subject to:

  • FAA regulations

  • Weather conditions

  • Airspace restrictions

  • Safety requirements

VTour Homes reserves the right to cancel or reschedule drone services when conditions are unsafe or prohibited.

No refunds will be issued for drone services that cannot be completed due to FAA restrictions or weather conditions beyond our control.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the invoice terms provided.

VTour Homes reserves the right to:

  • Withhold delivery of final media until payment is received.

  • Charge applicable late fees on overdue balances.

  • Suspend future services for unpaid accounts.

5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and may vary based on:

  • Project size

  • Editing requirements

  • Weather delays

  • Technical issues

  • Seasonal demand

VTour Homes is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

6. Revisions

Minor revisions may be requested within a reasonable period after delivery.

Extensive edits, reprocessing, additional retouching, virtual staging revisions, or project modifications may be billed separately.

7. Copyright and Ownership

All photographs, videos, drone imagery, Matterport tours, floor plans, and related media remain the intellectual property of VTour Homes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use delivered media for marketing the specific property or business for which the media was created.

Media may not be:

  • Sold

  • Resold

  • Licensed to third parties

  • Altered beyond standard marketing use

without prior written permission.

8. Portfolio and Marketing Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, VTour Homes reserves the right to use completed media for:

  • Portfolio display

  • Website content

  • Social media

  • Advertising

  • Educational materials

  • Marketing and promotional purposes

Clients requesting confidentiality must notify VTour Homes prior to project completion.

9. Property Preparation

Clients are responsible for preparing the property before the appointment.

VTour Homes is not responsible for:

  • Cleaning

  • Staging

  • Organizing personal items

  • Landscaping

  • Removing vehicles

  • Preparing rooms

Property appearance directly impacts final media quality.

10. Limitation of Liability

VTour Homes shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Lost profits

  • Lost business opportunities

  • MLS or advertising errors

  • Technical failures outside our control

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

11. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Copy website content without permission

  • Use images without authorization

  • Attempt unauthorized access to website systems

  • Interfere with website functionality

All website content remains the property of VTour Homes.

12. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling requests will be accommodated whenever possible.

Weather-related rescheduling will not incur cancellation fees.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Florida.
